Important: We electronically submit your course completion information to the California Department of Insurance through Sircon.com Education Provider Online Programs within 30 days of course completion, as required by California regulations. You will also receive a certificate of completion for your records, which you must retain for five (5) years.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Our Services are intended solely for licensed bail agents and bail industry professionals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Service Providers
We share personal information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Payment Processing: Stripe processes all payments. Your payment information is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Roster Submission: Sircon.com (operated by Vertafore) processes our course completion roster submissions to the California Department of Insurance as required by regulation
- Platform Hosting: Our course platform and data storage providers
- Email Services: Providers who send transactional and administrative emails
- Customer Support Tools: Services that help us respond to your inquiries
- Analytics Providers: Services that help us understand platform usage
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the specified purposes.
California Department of Insurance and Sircon
As a CDI-approved continuing education provider, we are required to submit course completion rosters to the California Department of Insurance. We submit your information electronically through Sircon.com Education Provider Online Programs within 30 days of course completion.
Information Submitted to CDI via Sircon:
- Your full name
- Bail agent license number (if applicable)
- Course title and approval number
- Course completion date
- Credit hours earned
- Our provider certification number
Your Responsibilities:
- Verify that your course completion appears in your CDI licensing record
- Retain your certificate of completion for five (5) years as required by regulation
- Contact us immediately if you believe completion information was submitted incorrectly
We may also share information with CDI in the following circumstances:
- When required to comply with CDI audits of our education provider certification
- When you explicitly authorize us to provide additional information about your course completion
- In response to lawful requests from CDI as the regulatory authority
Legal Requirements
We may disclose personal information when required by law, including:
- In response to court orders, subpoenas, or other legal process
- To comply with California Department of Insurance regulations and audits
- To protect our legal rights or defend against legal claims

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and restricting access to your devices. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
California Privacy Rights (CCPA):
California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

Important Limitation: We cannot delete educational records that we are legally required to maintain for five years pursuant to California Department of Insurance regulations. These records include course enrollment information, completion dates, examination scores, and certificates issued.
ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
You may access and update certain personal information through your account settings, including:

Educational Records: You have the right to review your educational records during business hours. To request access to your complete educational records, email support@bailedu.com with proof of identification.
